Tammie Miller

Director of Operations - Tammie is a former girls competitive fastpitch softball coach for 12 years. Coaching ages 8u-18u. She was head coach at Carver High School in Montgomery, Ala. She was successful in taking the team to the state playoffs, which had never been accomplished at CHS. She later carried her experience and love of the game into an administrative role with Southeastern Sports Management as the Director of Operations and Tournament Director for Softball in Southaven, Ms... Tammie later changed her sport to tennis when she began a career at The Racquet Club of Memphis as the Membership Director and Assistant Regions Morgan Keegan tennis tournament director. She enjoyed learning a new sport, but her sports of choice was still baseball and softball. Miller returned to the sport as Director of Softball Operations at Gameday in Cordova, Tn. She remained there until finishing her degree in Education and became an elementary teacher. She taught 5th grade self-contained and worked as a math coach. During her teaching experience, she gained the title of Teacher of the Year and Mississippi Elementary Science Teacher of the Year. With much thought and prayer, Tammie is now joining the EBC family and returning to her roots of softball and baseball as EBC’s Operations Manager.

Madison Phillips

Director of Marketing and Social Media - Madison graduated from Olive Branch High School in 2015, she decided to attend Northeast Mississippi Community College majoring in Business Administration. While at Northeast she served as the Student Government President. Upon graduation Madison decided she wanted to pursue a career in Sports Marketing- the University of Memphis was her choice of school. (Go Tigers Go) Madison studied sports in London, UK at Coventry University during the summer of 2018. Madison graduated from the University of Memphis in 2019 with a degree in Sports Marketing and landed a job with the Alliance of American Football (Memphis Express) as a Marketing Manager. When the league folded, she quickly went from football, to baseball and soccer working for the Memphis Redbirds and Memphis 901 FC. Madison began doing photography for EBC part-time in 2021 and came on full-time as the Director of Marketing and Social Media shortly after.
